These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QSRPro mobile application and related services ("QSRPro" or "the Service"), provided by Fields-IQ LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By using QSRPro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

QSRPro is designed to help quick-service restaurant teams troubleshoot equipment issues, document steps taken, and share escalation reports with technicians. You may use QSRPro only in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

1.1 Eligibility

You must be authorized by your employer or store operator to use QSRPro. Guest Mode may be used without an account, but certain features require sign-in.

1.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the Service
• Attempt to access restricted areas
• Interfere with system operation
• Upload harmful or inappropriate content
• Use QSRPro for unlawful or unsafe activities

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

2. Accounts and Guest Mode

2.1 Guest Mode

You may use QSRPro without signing in. Guest Mode provides limited functionality and may not save history or sync data.

2.2 Account Information

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Troubleshooting Guidance

QSRPro provides guided steps to help staff document equipment issues. These steps are informational only.

3.1 No Professional Advice

QSRPro does not provide repair, maintenance, or safety advice. A qualified technician must verify all findings before performing repairs.

3.2 User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Following store safety procedures
• Stopping equipment use if it appears unsafe
• Performing only steps you feel comfortable with
• Ensuring technicians review all findings

4. Technician Reports

When troubleshooting cannot resolve an issue, QSRPro may generate a report summarizing steps taken, photos, and results.

4.1 Sharing Reports

Reports may be shared via QR code or link. Anyone with the link may view the report.

4.2 Technician Independence

Technicians who receive reports are independent professionals. Fields-IQ LLC does not supervise, certify, or guarantee technician work.

5. Privacy

6. Intellectual Property

QSRPro, including its design, workflows, content, and technology, is owned by Fields-IQ LLC. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

7.1 Service Provided "As Is"

QSRPro is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties regarding:

• Accuracy of troubleshooting steps
• Completeness of reports
• Technician outcomes
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

7.2 No Warranty of Accuracy

Equipment conditions vary. Results may differ. We do not guarantee that QSRPro will resolve any issue.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fields-IQ LLC is not liable for:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Equipment damage or downtime
• Loss of revenue or business interruption
• Technician actions or misdiagnoses
• Reliance on troubleshooting steps or reports

Your use of QSRPro is at your own risk.

9. Changes to the Service

We may update or modify QSRPro at any time, including adding or removing features. We may also update these Terms. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to QSRPro at any time for violations of these Terms or for operational reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
