These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QSRPro mobile application and related services ("QSRPro" or "the Service"), provided by Fields-IQ LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By using QSRPro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
QSRPro is designed to help quick-service restaurant teams troubleshoot equipment issues, document steps taken, and share escalation reports with technicians. You may use QSRPro only in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.
You must be authorized by your employer or store operator to use QSRPro. Guest Mode may be used without an account, but certain features require sign-in.

You may use QSRPro without signing in. Guest Mode provides limited functionality and may not save history or sync data.
If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
QSRPro provides guided steps to help staff document equipment issues. These steps are informational only.
QSRPro does not provide repair, maintenance, or safety advice. A qualified technician must verify all findings before performing repairs.

When troubleshooting cannot resolve an issue, QSRPro may generate a report summarizing steps taken, photos, and results.
Reports may be shared via QR code or link. Anyone with the link may view the report.
Technicians who receive reports are independent professionals. Fields-IQ LLC does not supervise, certify, or guarantee technician work.
