QSRPro uses your device's camera only for the following purposes:

• Taking photos of equipment during troubleshooting
• Capturing evidence for technician escalation reports

QSRPro does not:

• Record video
• Access your photo library without permission
• Collect biometric data
• Use the camera for marketing, analytics, or tracking

Photos are used strictly within the troubleshooting flow.

1.2 Photos and Evidence

When you choose to take a photo, QSRPro may temporarily store the image to:

• Display it back to you
• Attach it to an escalation report for a technician

Photos are not used for any other purpose.

1.3 Device and Usage Information

To support troubleshooting, QSRPro may collect:

• Device model you select
• Steps you complete
• Results you record
• Time spent in the flow

This information helps technicians understand what has already been attempted.

1.4 Guest Mode

If you use QSRPro without signing in ("Continue as Guest"), we may generate a temporary session ID to support troubleshooting. Guest Mode does not store personal identity information.

• Guide you through troubleshooting steps
• Generate escalation reports for technicians
• Improve the accuracy and reliability of the app

We do not sell or share your information with third-party advertisers.

QSRPro only shares information when you choose to share it, such as:

• Showing a QR code to a technician
• Sending a technician report link

Technicians only receive the information included in the report (steps, photos, results, store ID).

We do not share your information with external parties except:

• When required by law
• To maintain the security and operation of the service

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Depending on your usage mode:

• Guest Mode: data may be temporary and not linked to a personal identity
• Signed-in Mode: data may be stored to sync your troubleshooting history across devices

We do not store unnecessary personal data.

You can:

• Use QSRPro without signing in
• Choose whether to take photos
• Choose whether to share a technician report
• Request deletion of stored data (if signed in)

6. Children's Privacy

QSRPro is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
