Fields‑IQ LLC provides users with clear options to request deletion of their data across all products, including FixEngine and the Social Outcome Engine browser extension (Chrome, Firefox, Edge).

1. What Data Can Be Deleted

Depending on the product, users may request deletion of:

  • Account information
  • Uploaded content (photos, media, documents)
  • Troubleshooting data and session history
  • AI‑generated logs and outputs
  • Escalation reports and notes
  • Cloud‑stored text submitted through the Social Outcome Engine extension
  • Usage data and analytics tied to your identity

Browser Extension (Social Outcome Engine)

The browser extension stores only minimal local preferences, which can be deleted by:

  • Removing the extension from your browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Edge)
  • Clearing extension storage via browser settings
  • Contacting privacy@fields-iq.com for cloud-processed data deletion

2. How to Request Data Deletion

Users may request deletion by contacting:

support@fields-iq.com

Requests must include:

  • The email associated with the account (if applicable)
  • The product(s) for which deletion is requested

In-App Deletion (Pro Families Apps)

You can also request deletion directly through the app:

  1. Open the app and sign in to your account
  2. Go to your Profile
  3. Access Privacy & Data settings
  4. Select "Delete My Data"
  5. Confirm deletion

3. Processing Time

Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days unless additional verification is required.

When deletion is processed:

  • Data is removed from active systems within 24 hours of processing
  • Data is removed from backups within 90 days
  • You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete

4. Exceptions

We may retain certain information if required by law or for security, fraud prevention, or auditing purposes:

  • Security logs — retained up to 30 days
  • Server backups — retained up to 90 days, then automatically purged
  • Transaction records — for tax and accounting purposes
  • Legal dispute documentation
  • Fraud prevention records
  • Aggregated analytics that cannot identify you

No retained data is used for marketing or shared with third parties.

5. Alternative Options

Before deleting your data completely, consider:

  • Export Your Data — download your reports and data before deletion
  • Deactivate Account — temporarily disable your account without deleting data
  • Adjust Privacy Settings — limit data collection while keeping your account active

Important: Deleting your data is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure to export any important diagnostic reports or information before proceeding.
