QSRPro is developed by Fields-IQ LLC. We respect user privacy and provide a clear way for users to request deletion of their personal data associated with the QSRPro app.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, send an email to:

support@fields-iq.com

Include the following information so we can locate your data:

  • Your name
  • The email address associated with your QSRPro account (if applicable)
  • The store ID or organization you belong to (if applicable)
  • A brief statement requesting deletion of your data

We will confirm your identity and begin processing your request. Most requests are completed within 7 business days.

Data That Will Be Deleted

When you request deletion, we permanently delete:

All deleted data is removed from active systems and backups according to our retention schedule.

Data That May Be Retained Temporarily

Certain data may be retained for a limited period for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance:

  • Security logs (retained up to 30 days)
  • Server backups (retained up to 90 days, then automatically purged)
  • Aggregated analytics that cannot identify you

No retained data is used for marketing or shared with third parties.
