This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs your use of QSRPro and any related
services, applications, or tools (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or
using the Service, you agree to comply with this Policy in addition to any other
applicable terms and conditions.
1. Purpose of QSRPro
QSRPro is designed to support quick-service restaurant (“QSR”) operations by
providing structured workflows, guided troubleshooting, and activation flows for
equipment and devices. The Service is intended for professional use by authorized
personnel within participating organizations.
2. Authorized users
You may use QSRPro only if:
- You are authorized by your employer, franchise, or organization to do so.
- You use the Service solely for legitimate business purposes related to QSR operations.
- You comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
3. Prohibited activities
You must not use QSRPro in any way that could harm the Service, other users, or
your organization. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
3.1 Misuse of the Service
- Using the Service for any purpose unrelated to QSR operations or equipment workflows.
- Attempting to bypass, disable, or interfere with security, access controls, or audit features.
- Accessing, or attempting to access, data or areas of the Service you are not authorized to use.
3.2 Harmful or disruptive behavior
- Introducing malware, scripts, or automated tools that degrade performance or compromise security.
- Performing load testing, scraping, or reverse engineering without prior written authorization.
- Using the Service in a way that could damage equipment, facilities, or compromise safety procedures.
3.3 Improper handling of information
- Entering false, misleading, or fabricated data into the system.
- Uploading or sharing confidential information that you are not permitted to disclose.
- Using QSRPro to store or transmit personal data beyond what is necessary for operational use.
4. Safety and compliance
QSRPro is a workflow and guidance tool. It does not replace manufacturer instructions,
safety procedures, or regulatory requirements. You agree to:
- Follow all equipment manuals, safety guidelines, and lockout/tagout procedures.
- Use QSRPro as a support tool, not as the sole basis for safety-critical decisions.
- Escalate to qualified technicians or service providers when required by policy or law.
5. Account and access responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Ensuring that access is not shared with unauthorized individuals.
- Promptly reporting suspected misuse, unauthorized access, or security incidents.
6. Monitoring and enforcement
Use of QSRPro may be monitored and logged for security, compliance, and operational
purposes. We reserve the right, in coordination with your organization, to:
- Restrict, suspend, or terminate access for violations of this Policy.
- Remove or restrict content that violates this Policy or applicable law.
- Cooperate with organizations and authorities in investigating suspected misuse.
7. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of QSRPro after changes
are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
